SAN DIEGO, CA - November 10, 2003 -- Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) has filed legal papers asking Judge Paul H. Alvarado to reject all anti-trust settlement claims submitted with digital signatures. These actions came after MSfreePC, a service designed to assist consumers filing a claim, announced changes so that 10% of all consumer claims would be directed towards competing open source initiatives.
