San Diego, California - May 24, 2004 - The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit denied Microsoft's (Nasdaq: MSFT) petition for interlocutory appeal in its ongoing trademark litigation against Lindows, Inc. The case has now been remanded back to the Honorable Judge Coughenour of the United States District Court in Seattle for trial.
